不得不讚嘆醫學的進步！
看了尹長生醫師的解釋，我才知道不是只有女生才會有子宮頸癌，其實很多癌症不分男女，其根本都是乳突病毒引起的，長知識了。
不過我覺得不能因為醫學的進步，讓以前很多束手無策的病症都能解決了，人們就肆無忌憚的糟蹋自己的身體，因為人活著就應該要有品質，健康的生活才是有品質的第一步，也是最重要的的一步。

女性子宮頸癌是過去的可怕癌症，在不知道致病的乳突瘤病毒前，只有抹片及手術治療，然而不少女姓在發病時已經無法治癒，接下來的就是痛苦！
一位兒時鄰家女孩，多年未見，再度見面時已經癌末求診，令人無法置信！
當然類似的情況可能每人都會遇到，生命可貴，能夠預防控制的疾病當然愈多愈好，子宮頸癌是目前為止唯一可以確定的是這個癌症可以接近完美絕跡的！
政府如果有經費，全部人口的男，女孩在9-11歲全都能接受子宮頸癌疫苗的預防注射，就可以達成子宮頸癌?跡；同時還有肛門癌(男女性包含)，外陰癌，陰道癌，口腔癌(男，女性)，及陰莖癌將來也可以幾乎一併絕跡。

HPV人類乳突病毒，總共有200多種分型，越來越多研究發現，注射HPV疫苗，除了可以預防子宮頸癌，也降低外陰癌跟陰道癌的癌前病變，更加可以減少口腔癌、頭頸癌等其他癌症發生的機會。
子宮頸癌是全球婦女第2大普遍癌症，在國內女性癌症10大死因中排名第七名，越來越多的研究發現，人類乳突病毒HPV疫苗的接種，除了可以預防子宮頸癌，也降低外陰癌及陰道癌的癌前病變，更可減少口腔癌、頭頸癌等其他癌症發生機會。
台大醫院小兒部主任 黃立民表示，「以前都是抽菸喝酒，為什麼這些人會在口腔裡面有HPV，然後產生癌症？主要是因為不同的性行為，是口交造成的。」
醫生表示，HPV病毒它的病毒共有200多種分型，而且可依病毒相似性分為不同家族，除了是造成子宮頸癌必要因子，也與肛門癌、外陰癌、陰道癌和陰莖癌有關，當疫苗對一支病毒株有保護力後，同家族的其他病毒也可交叉保護，另外，澳洲研究推估也顯示，持續高疫苗覆蓋率及子宮頸抹片篩檢，子宮頸癌可在2028年接近根除。
婦產科醫生 尹長生指出，「這些病毒感染引起的癌症，多半是相互感染，如果女性都打針了90%會有效果，但是就是說它還是會有漏網之魚，所以將來是不是男孩子女孩子，一起開始都打針（HPV疫苗），這個病毒大概才會絕跡。」
不過醫生也提醒，隨著現代思想越來越開放，初嚐禁果的年齡層也逐漸往下降，目前台灣健保只給付30歲以上女性，每年1次免費子宮頸抹片檢查，事實上，未滿30歲、有過性經驗的女性至少應該每3年自費進行子宮頸抹片檢查，及早發現子宮頸有無異常病變、及早治療，不要心存僥倖。
